Happpppy Monday everyone! Today, I am giving you my current top 5 favorite equestrian blogs and an extra bonus blog (because I have more than 5 haha). These blogs are all fantastic and definitely have given me insights into both riding and blogging. All of these bloggers have big followings and definitely know what they are doing! Some of them are horse trainers and some of them are equestrian fashion bloggers (which I LOVE)! I hope that you enjoy this post and maybe you will discover some new blogs that you haven’t visited before!
Blog #1: Horse Listening
Horse Listening is an insightful blog filled with many tips on riding! I have subscribed to horse listening for a while now and frankly, I have been SUPER impressed with their posts! They have also created free ebooks and digital downloads. Horse Listening is extremely knowledgeable and I definitely recommend you go check them out if you are looking for quick and simple tips on improving your overall riding.
Blog #2: Horses and Heels
Horses and Heels is a fantastic blog for the horse lover or westerner who loves fashion! Raquel is the founder of Horses and Heels and has created a homey lifestyle blog with posts on style, home decor, recipes, the barn, and of course, horses. She also freelance writes for the Cowboy Magazine so you can tell she is an experienced blogger who knows what she is doing! I have had the privilege of talking to Raquel a couple of times and just by talking to her over email she is very knowledgeable and has a blog that is definitely worth checking out!
Blog #3: Sophie’s Horse Tales
Sophie’s Horse Tales is a blog that I just recently discovered and I am loving her blog posts and solid understanding of horses. Sophie is the founder of Sophie’s Horse Tales, is 19 years old and lives in Denmark. She has basically been involved with horses her whole life! She also teaches students on how to have a better relationship with their horse by teaching them many helpful tips and skills. Sophie is also an incredible writer and I have learned a TON from her blog and thoughts! (P.S – I have asked her if she would be willing to do a guest post for Horse Chats, so look forward to that!)
Blog #4: Stable Style
Raquel is not only the founder of Horses and Heels blog, but she is also the founder of Stable Style. A little while after I discovered Horses and Heels, I then too came across Stable Style and I have to say it is fascinating what Raquel has created! Stable Style is basically a blog where Raquel finds beautiful, inspiring barns all over the world. Most of the pictures of the barns have come from Instagram where she found the magnificent barns, originally. If you want to be inspired, see breathtaking photos, and literally travel the world through Raquel’s photos, then I totally recommend this fantastic blog to you!
Blog #5: Equestrian Trend
Last, but definitely not least is Equestrian Trend! Equestrian Trend was originally founded by Carolina, who lives in Portugal. Equestrian Trend is also a horse lover fashion blog as well! She writes about the latest equestrian style and recent fashion news. Also included in her blog post are tips for your horses! Her blog posts are filled with beautiful pictures and her blog is simple and pretty at the same time! As her bio reads, when it comes to equestrian fashion, Carolina will give you the best and ONLY the best!
BONUS BLOG: Strides for Success
YAY BONUS! So, I have already mentioned this blog in a previous review blog post, but I just thought that it was definitely worth mentioning again! Strides for Success is a blog about becoming more comfortable in the saddle. Lorna has created many workbooks, lesson audio recordings, and she also has an INCREDIBLE 30-day fitness riding challenge! If you want to learn more about Strides for Success, check it out here.
Well, that is a wrap! You must know, that I have MANY more favorite blogs that I LOVE! There are so many equestrian blogs online that it is so hard to just pick one (so I picked 6). I hope you enjoyed this post and it would mean so much to me if you checked out some of these blogs and give them some love! Before I end, I have to say I also have another favorite blog… HORSE CHATS! So, I definitely recommend that you keep coming back here as well as I am just getting started and have plenty more to share with you all! Until next time… don’t forget to hug your horse!
